What file formats are included with my digital purchase?
Most of our digital bundles include SVG, DXF, PNG, and EPS formats to ensure compatibility with Cricut, Silhouette, and other major cutting machines.
How do I download my files after purchasing?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime through your account dashboard under 'Downloads'.
Can I use these designs for commercial projects?
Yes, all our designs come with a standard commercial license allowing you to create and sell physical products. However, reselling or redistributing the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited.
What is your return policy for digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you encounter a technical issue with a file, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
Do you offer custom design services?

Are the physical craft supplies shipped internationally?
